We've completely switched to EVOO so I'm hoping in 6 mos there will be a drastic change. I so want to give you a real hug but know that I'm giving you a cyber one.<BR/><BR/>Everything will work itself out! I am so sorry that lil man has cholesteral issues. I had no idea they had to worry about that at such a young age. <BR/><BR/>My doctor gave me a great cholesteral reducing diet at one point. It's probably stuff you already eat anyway but it was mostly white meat twice a week, lots of veggies and beans, cooking with olive oils (extra virgin on medium heat to retain the benefits), fish, no fried foods, no dairy and lots of fiber. Does he like oatmeal? or barley? quinoa is great tasting too. My cholesterol went down 20 points after 2 weeks and now we stick to that diet most of the time.
