No matter how it's made he just can't eat it. I love it! I've never met a bean or grain I didn't like, yet. <BR/><BR/>@ Mama: Brown rice cooks differently than regular rice. it takes longer to cook and requires more water. cook it on very low temperatures to prevent burning at the bottom. I like gratin w/ my beans & rice, but with brown rice the gratin can burn really easily so you have to watch the level of heat.<BR/><BR/>@ Ann: Hope you enjoy this recipe.
