I saw this adorable video made in Brazil and had a good chuckle. Why the laugh, you ask? Because this humorous ad campaign encourages people to "pee in the shower" as a way to conserve water and go green. Love it! I really do! Oh I know some of you are thinking "ewwwww that is so gross!" lol What the campaign suggests is that if you are already in the shower why waste more water by using the toilet, when the shower is a good of place as any. Of course, peeing while you take a bath is a whole different issue - now THAT'S gross.

According to the Brazilian environmental group SOS Mata Atlantica if a household avoids one flush a day, it can save up to 4,380 liters (1,157 gallons) of water annually.

In case you weren't able to follow along with the story line because of the language barrier, the feature was about people from all walks of life — a family, a trapeze artist, a basketball player, even a ghost (lol) — all urinating in the shower.

Next time your kids are showering and need to pee, instead of sending them to the toilet - remember these sweet little voices reminding you to "pee in the shower to save the Atlantic rainforest".
