Such Wimps

This week we've waken up to temperatures in the low 50's. Our highs have been in the mid 70's during the day. I just love this weather. I wish we would have this kind of weather more frequently than only a few weeks out of the year. We don't get to experience real seasons down here. I suppose we do experience, cool, hot and than HOTTER, if you want to consider that season changes. The weather of the past few days is as close to winter as we will probably get. Fall doesn't even exist and spring is just a forethought to summer.

The Hubster being a true Oregonian still thinks it's hot even when the weather has cooled down. lol I crack up when I watch real Floridian bundle up in leather jackets, down coats, mufflers (YES mufflers folks) and scarfs. It is just not that serious. After 13 years of living down in here I wonder if in another 13 years I'll be bundling up to.

Hopefully, I won't have to find out if we move someday soon. Somewhere in a place where the 4 seasons actually exist. Keeping hope alive.

Mama, the Hubster and I are always discussing moving. We don't have anything set in stone at the moment. Longterm, in the next 2 yrs see ourselves leaving Florida.

Made me chuckle. I'm in Jacksonville, Florida now and girlfriend I am freezing!!
Tomorrow I head up to NY and guess I will be a veritable iceberg but as I am a tropical bird, I hardly experience this so I am going to embrace it.

Yeah, I didn't know the true meaning of cold until I moved to Germany. Being from Florida myself, I thought the winters were cold there and now I realize Florida and cold don't hardly belong in the same sentence. LOL

You think it's hot there?! Nevertheless, I know you have that awful humidity that I despise.
