My Baby's Growing Up So Fast! Waaaaaaa :(

I can't believe Lil One turns 4 months today. Where has the time flown? I guess the adage, time flies when you're having fun, is so true! The past 123days has been an amazing ride with this little guy in tow. We've had a few hiccups, like when we found out he has acid reflux. The two weeks prior to finding out what was ailing him were difficult for all of us. It was hard to see him wailing for 2-3 hours on end and being powerless to help him.

Since, putting him on Zantac he is doing so much better. He still has his moments some nights around dinnertime, but it's mainly fussiness and not inconsolable crying. Lil One doesn't nap much in the day, which makes it hard for Mama to get anything done, but sleeps wonderfully at night. He'll go down around 8:30p to 10p and generally stay asleep until I wake him up to drop Lil Man off to school.

He sure can drool - buckets full! I'm thinking of renting him out to the city's Public Utlilities Co. to help out with the water shortage. He's been babbling and cooing since about 2 1/2 months. He's quite a chatty lil guy. Check him out! I'm thinking video
he might have a future in public speaking somehow.

My baby knows how to play me already. I guess I'm a sucker for sweetness! He's definately all natural sweetness - no sugar added!

Anyway, other accomplishments include:

*His first giggles last Wednesday April 2, 2008.
*He's been holding his head up since about 1 month and now he can hold it up with no lagging.
*Since 3 months he started with reaching for things. Now he reaches and puts EVERYTHING in his mouth.
*He's discovered his toes! He seems to have quite a bit of a fascination with them and even tries to suck on them. So cute!
*This is one baby who is not afraid to show his infatuation with himself. If he sees a picture, image in the mirror or video of himself, he's glued!
*He loves Telly Tubbies, Back Yardigans and Little Einstein. I can't seem to fiqure out why my babies love Telly Tubbies. I can't stand that show. Go figure...

So that's what's up with our little piece of heaven. His name means "heaven" by the way.

I know what you mean! I have been able to stay home with our youngest and it has been such a wonderful experience that I'm a bit heartbroken that he's growing up!
